Our facilities are available for use to active parishioners of our region.  Parish events always take precedence.  We require a miniumum of four weeks before your event date in order to place it on the schedule.

If you are interested in using the facilities at any parish in our region, please follow the procedure listed below.

• Please call any of the parish offices in order check available dates for your event.
• Please download and complete the following forms, and turn them back into a parish office:
  • Application for Use of Parish Facilities
  • Hold Harmless Liability Waiver
  • Regulations for use of a parish facility
  • Example of Special Event Certificate of Liability Insurance
    • You will need to obtain insurance or proof of insurance through your agent; if they have any questions, please have them call the business manager.  Proof of insurance for personal liability coverage of $1,000,000 is required to rent a parish facility.
    • Events where alcohol will be served REQUIRE purchase of a special event policy.

• Once your event has been confirmed with the parish office, please make arrangements at least 7 days before your event for access to the facility.
