Dear Parishioners of Our Lady of the Rosary Parish: Your Parish Council hosted a number of Town Hall Meetings concerning our facilities during the week of April 26, 2015. We promised that we would report back to you within three weeks of the completion of the meetings and here we are. We would first like to voice our appreciation to all of you who attended a meeting and to thank you all for coming to listen and offer your questions and comments. We had some very good discussions at each of our sessions. It was obvious that those in attendance understood and appreciated the need to address our facilities now. There was an openness to looking at options with an emphasis on getting the entire parish community involved in the process. This includes praying as a parish for guidance. OLR Parish Council is finalizing a report to the parish concerning the recent Town Hall Meetings regarding our facilities. We promised that a report to the parish would be posted on the website within three weeks of the completion of the meetings which is today May 21. We will have the final draft of the report very soon. This weekend, there will be paper copy for those who would rather have access to the report that way.
