The second collection is still there. Almost all of the second collections are required by our Diocese or the US Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB). The second collection that we at Winton Wyoming Pastoral Region choose to do is on the fifth Sundays for the local St. Vincent de Paul Society (four times a year).
