I became a member of OLR in 1966 just before Sandy and I were married. We have two married sons and five wonderful grandchildren.
I Graduated from University of Cincinnati in 1978 with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems. I worked at GE for 37 years and retired in 2002. After retirement, I returned to school and graduated from the Athenaeum of Cincinnati with a Master’s degree in Lay Pastoral Ministry in 2005. I then entered the Deacon Formation program at the Athenaeum and was ordained a Permanent Deacon in 2010.
During the past 17 years, I have been very involved in the parish New Life Retreats.
Currently, I am active in many ministries in our parish including Worship commission and the Bereavement ministry.
As a deacon I assist the priest at Mass and funerals. I also preside at Baptisms & Weddings.
I am a Chaplain at the Daniel Drake Center which includes presiding at a weekly Communion service at Bridgeway Pointe. I am also a Chaplain at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
